  • Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, sales, or major festivals.

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be automatically shared with you.

2. Shipping Timelines & Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Metro Cities (India): 3 to 7 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities (India): 5 to 10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10 to 20 business days (available for select products)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight.

  • International Shipping: Rates vary depending on the destination country and the selected courier service.

  • Promotions: Free shipping may be offered periodically during special promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link via Email and/or WhatsApp. This allows you to monitor your shipment's real-time updates directly through the courier partner's portal.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are entirely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, changes can only be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. Delays, Damage, or Lost Packages

While we partner with trusted courier agencies, unforeseen issues can happen. If a package is severely delayed or deemed lost by the courier company, we will assist you in raising a official claim. Upon confirmation from the carrier, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
