Refund policy

At Bharat Crafted™, every product is carefully made by hand. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Because each handcrafted piece is unique, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in cases of damage during transit or manufacturing defects.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product arrives damaged during transit or has a clear manufacturing defect.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted products.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Products with minor variations inherent to the handmade process.

  • Issues reported later than 48 hours after delivery.

3. Resolution Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will proceed as follows:

  • Replacements: A replacement will be dispatched within 10 working days (subject to stock availability).

  • Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable, or if your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item (unless the return is due to an error on our part).

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a request, please contact us immediately with your order number, description of the issue, and clear unboxing photos/videos showing the defect or damage.
